Of course, Karen being Karen, the fault obviously lies elsewhere. No way she or her kid could possibly be the guilty ones.

Thankfully, this store kept thorough records of all the work they did and were able to prove - with receipts - that the fault was definitely on her end. The way she changes her tune as soon as that's established is honestly pretty satisfying.
